Platform Block

This block can be used as either a decorative block or as a way to power automatic platform gates or platform screen doors. It is meant to be used at the edge of a platform and its texture changes based on the block above it. The platform block is a solid block, and it has similar properties as stone.

The platform block has a shapeless recipe and can be crafted with one stone brick.

Appearance

The default texture of the platform block is the same as the stone block, except for white and yellow dashes on its surface.

When platform screen doors are placed on top of platform blocks, its texture will resemble blue marble. Arrows will automatically appear in front of the "door section" of the platform screen doors.

When automatic platform gates are placed on top of platform blocks, its texture will resemble coarse sandstone. Arrows will automatically appear in front of the "door section" of the automatic platform gates.
